Experience ancestral customs through Novo-Andean cuisine
$0.00 / from
Novoandina cuisine is a Peruvian culinary style that fuses the ancestral wisdom and customs of the Andes with contemporary culinary techniques to create healthy dishes with beautiful presentations. Novoandina cuisine is based on the use of native products such as potatoes, quinoa, purple corn, oca, tarwi, and many other Andean species inherited from our Inca ancestors, which have been cultivated for generations using respectful and sustainable methods. The ancient inhabitants developed advanced agricultural systems such as terraces and the use of native seeds, ensuring healthy, nutritious food adapted to the high-altitude climate.
