Machu Picchu is undoubtedly one of Peru's most interesting tourist destinations.

Our seasons are as intense as in any other tourist destination in the world. Each season is an exciting challenge, and we are more than prepared to face it. Our services are meticulously calculated and organized, and we are always open to listening to and responding to our customers' requests. With our Constanza Matto group, it was imperative to reorganize the hotel reservations, as the three double rooms we initially booked were not enough due to the unexpected growth of the group. More friends joined the trip to Cusco, so it was crucial to rearrange train tickets, lunches, and guides. They didn't have to worry; it is our pleasure to ensure that their trip to Peru is unforgettable. You can trust us 100% to have complete confidence in “Machu Picchu Alt.”

Remember to make your reservations as soon as possible. Don't sit around waiting—tickets to Machu Picchu sell out quickly!

Constanza Matto's group planned ahead with precision. They knew exactly what they wanted: six Brazilians, excited to visit Machu Picchu, made their reservations with us eight months before their trip to Peru. We kept in constant contact with them, as one of the group members was allergic to beans. It's hard to believe, but it's true: a Brazilian allergic to beans! It is crucial that the diet be free of these ingredients and that, as far as possible, beef be included in tourist lunches in Cusco or Machu Picchu. “You got it, folks! We assure you that you will have plenty of meat in Cusco and Aguas Calientes,” we replied firmly.

They quickly reached a consensus on itineraries and prices. They were aware that the tourist package they requested was exclusive and that there would be additional charges, which was not a problem, as our budgets are in line with the economies of our Brazilian neighbors. Tourism in Peru and Brazil are activities on which we depend heavily, so it is crucial for us to take care of interactions, no matter how small. We are committed to supporting our region, as this is our vision and mission.

Four months after making their advance reservations with Machu Picchu Alt, they contacted us again to request more reservations. This time, five friends joined the group, each with their own dietary requirements and even preferences for pillows in hotels. Reorganizing the rooms was a challenge that we successfully overcame. Moving hotels was the best decision, as the whole group wanted to be in the same area of Cusco, especially near Hantun Rumiyoc Street, where the 12-angled stone is located. Their goal was to take photos with this imposing rock carved by the wise Incas.

We learned a lot and worked hard to make sure everything was perfect for our friends Constanza Matto. We spent many sleepless nights, but we did it. These challenges are what motivate us to keep going! We love serving such wonderful people. Welcome everyone to Peru and Machu Picchu!

I would like to express our deep gratitude for the seven incredible days we spent under your guidance in Machu Picchu and throughout the region. "Constanza Matto Group, May 2025.
