Gastronomy, living culture, and Andean tradition on an unforgettable day!

Discover an authentic experience in the heart of the Sacred Valley where Andean culture comes to life through its cuisine and people. This experiential day invites you to participate in preparing pachamanca, an ancient method of cooking underground with hot stones. You will use Andean ingredients, such as potatoes, beans, corn, and meat, as well as traditional herbs, such as huacatay, to season the food.

You will also learn the artisanal process of making chicha amarilla, an ancient fermented corn beverage. You will also explore the community bio-garden, where organic products such as quinoa, native potatoes, vegetables, and medicinal plants are grown. These products are an essential part of the local diet and worldview.

This is an experience that connects the land, cuisine, and spirit of the community.
