Itinerary

The service

  1. Meeting and welcome
    Pick up at your hotel (Miraflores/San Isidro) or agreed meeting point.
    Introduction to the guide and brief introduction to Peruvian cuisine.

  2. Visit to a local market
    Guided tour of a traditional market to learn about native ingredients such as potatoes, chili peppers, exotic fruits, and fresh produce. Seasonal fruit tasting.

  3. Hands-on cooking class
    Participate in a cooking class at a restaurant or culinary workshop. Learn how to prepare ceviche and pisco sour step by step.

  4. Traditional lunch or dinner
    Enjoy a full three-course menu: starter (causa or papa a la huancaína), main course (lomo saltado, ají de gallina or similar), and dessert (suspiro a la limeña or mazamorra). Includes a local drink.

  5. Sweet ending
    Final visit to a Lima artisan café or pastry shop to try a traditional dessert or Peruvian coffee.
