RESERVATION CONDITIONS
- Confirm the reservation at least 60 days in advance to book and purchase available entry spaces to Machupicchu, train tickets, and hotels.
- The reservation is confirmed with a payment of 60% of the total amount.
- Once the confirmation is made, the availability of your trip is verified and the corresponding payment is completed; send the voucher via WhatsApp to the numbers: +51 922 272464 / and to the email: info@machupicchualtitude.com
- For the reservation we request the list of passengers who will travel, including: full names, age, passport or ID number, and a copy of these documents to verify the information.
- Pay the remaining 40% balance 15 days before the travel date.
Prices are subject to increase without prior notice due to sudden rises in the dollar caused by economic or social instability in the country.
SALE CONDITIONS
- In case of changes and/or rescheduling made 15 days in advance, the client must assume the penalties imposed by train companies, hotels, and government entities for changes and/or modifications.
- No changes or rescheduling are accepted 24 hours before the trip.
- In case of a no-show: the service is non-transferable and non-refundable.
- In case of cancellations or annulments:
- Cancellation after the reservation has been made: a minimum penalty of 10% of the tour price for administrative expenses.
- Cancellation between 45–30 days before: a 30% penalty of the tour price.
- Cancellation between 29–20 days before: a 60% penalty of the tour price.
- Cancellation between 19–0 days before: a 100% penalty of the tour price will be charged.
